Liz has been involved in customer facing Operations and Strategy work for most of her career, specializing since 1996 in the Lifesciences sector. Prior to becoming an independent consultant Liz was on the management board of an investor owned global technology services company based in Washington DC.

Liz has spent over 12 years in Management Consultancy. She has designed and delivered large scale change and re-engineering programmes for some of the Pharmaceutical Industries biggest players.

Liz recognized early in her career the importance of truly understanding the customers view point when developing a strategy or designing a process to deliver products and services.  The principles of Duologue embody this approach.

Liz holds a Masters Degree from Cranfield School of Management. She lives in Oxfordshire England with her husband.
